Recently, during the 2025 National Thermal Power Generation Operation, Maintenance, and Inspection Quality Management Event organized by the China Electricity Technology Market Association, Digital Intelligence’s QC project titled Work Duration Reduction of Coal Mill, Grinding Roller, and Maintenance Wrench in Power Plant stood out among 415 entries and was honored with the Problem-Solving Grand Award.

Led by Digital Intelligence’s “Cloud Intelligence” QC team, the project targeted critical problems, including non-standard processes and low operational efficiency in traditional coal mill maintenance. Through systematic optimization and innovation tailored for maintenance technologies, the team focused on key links of cost control within power generation enterprises. The project successfully broke through technical barriers to cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the industry, providing innovative solutions to improve the maintenance efficiency of power generation equipment.
